D.D. Williamson has appointed Glen Dreher, PhD to its Science and Innovation team at the Global Support Center in Louisville, US. Dr Dreher received his PhD degree in Food Science & Technology from the University of Florida, where he studied flavor stability and specializes in innovative alcohol and juice beverage development. “Dr Dreher brings a fresh approach to the scientific understanding of the complexity of naturally derived coloring sources,” says Margaret Lawson, VP, Science and Innovation.
