Bigger country groups at Thaifex – World of Food Asia

The Philippines has increased its exhibiting space at Thaifex – World of Food Asia 2009 with 30 manufacturers as compared to 18 last year. There will also be a Korea pavilion featuring 16 manufacturers. Other group pavilions taking part are from China, France, Germany, Malaysia, Netherlands and Taiwan.

According to trade fair organizer Kolnmesse, more than 1,000 exhibitors from 32 countries and regions, as well as 20,000 trade visitors worldwide are expected at the show from 13 to 17 May, 2009 at Impact Challenger Halls 2 and 3.

The show features halal and organic food and beverage products, food catering and hospitality services, food technology, as well as retail and franchise. Visitors can also have access to special zones such as ‘Halal Food’, ‘Organic Food’, ‘Food Safety from Thailand’ and ‘Design in Thailand’.
