Closure with safe venting capability

Bericap has launched the SuperShorty 35 that is designed for safe venting of carbonated soft drinks (CSD) drinks containing up to 8g CO2/l. The safe venting capability drastically reduces the risk of blow-off. The one-piece closure is equipped with the main features and benefits of the SuperShorty range: the DoubleSeal system ensures product integrity and carbon dioxide retention even in hot climate conditions. The tamper evident (TE) slit-band supports easy application and opening for the consumer. Once opened, the TE-band is retained on the neck. The one-start neck corresponds with SuperShorty 35 and has a neck weight of 5 gm.
