Indonesian minister of research and technology visits Haldin

The Indonesian minister of research and technology, Kusmayanto Kadiman, recently visited natural ingredient company Haldin, where he met with the CEO of the company, Ali Haliman. Their discussions focused on research challenges for Indonesia and, specifically, the natural ingredient industry. Both parties expressed interest in research and development for natural ingredients to be used as core and complementary products in food and beverages, flavor and fragrances, cosmetics and toiletries, as well as health and pharmaceutical industries. They also discussed the potential of using nanotechnology in food and pharmaceutical applications.
