Dutch chemicals company DSM has commenced construction of its China campus in the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, touted as DSM’s biggest and most important research facility outside of Europe and the USA.
Located in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai (PRC), it will comprise all Shanghai offices of DSM (China), several business groups and the R&D labs of DSM.
Housing around 600 people, the campus will act as headquarters of DSM China.
In its design and execution, the DSM China campus will go green and aim for 'Gold' certification within the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.
