Singapore’s F&N Foods develops 'lifestyle' yoghurt

Dated: 3 April 2007

Food and beverage company F&N Foods has developed a new yoghurt range as part of its ‘lifestyle foods’ portfolio. The Singaporean manufacturer says that its new low-fat products—yoghurt with strawberry, yoghurt with aloe vera and nata de coco, yoghurt with apple and pomelo, and yoghurt with banana and pear—help to revive and energize consumers.

“The launch of Alive yoghurt is the first of many food products to be introduced by F&N that promise to be healthy, nutritious and convenient—food that does more,” explains Wong Mei Wai, general manager, Marketing, Food Business of Fraser and Neave.

Alive yoghurt is available in 150-gram cups (along with a disposable spoon) for a recommended selling price of $0.82; 1 kilogram tubs retail for about $3.92.
