Bericap’s SuperShorty meets PCO 1881 standard

23 January 2007

Bericap says its SuperShorty fits the new short-height neck standard PCO 1881 which was recently agreed on by the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT).

Suitable for single-serve bottles and larger bottle sizes, the closure comes in two different designs.

The first features a crown look, which is for beer brewers who want to use PET bottles; the other a CSD look which is targeted for bottlers who want to maximize weight savings.
