Emerson Process Management earns Frost & Sullivan Award

Emerson Process Management has been selected by Frost & Sullivan as the recipient of the ‘2006 South East Asian Customer Service Leadership Award for Process Automation Suppliers’.
The Emerson subsidiary was recognized for responding to customer needs, and demonstrating a continual focus on long and short-term customer profitability goals.
Predictive technology, expert services personnel, and services infrastructure, were all cited as the competitive edge that made Emerson tops.
"Emerson has innovated and developed products that provide unprecedented value to its customers by reducing the process variability and cycle time,” explains Frost & Sullivan analyst Ipshita Bhattacharya. “Customers across the globe have reported savings in their process due to increased quality of the process, reduced waste, reduced manufacturing and automation risks, and increased return on investment."
