Markem’s enterprise coding and traceability solutions will debut at Pack Expo 2006.
At the trade show, the manufacturer of product identification systems will also release solution implementation case studies from Unilever, Campina and other global manufacturers.
"Consumer-goods manufacturers today face many demands that affect product identification," says Jeff Miller, president of Markem Solutions. "From the drive to reduce recalls, to food-labeling regulations, to retailer needs--these requirements are always growing. It is no longer enough to have stand-alone coding and labeling machines running independently from information systems. Leaders need to get ready with enterprise-level solutions."
