Singapore Restaurant Association Focuses On Halal

The Singapore Restaurant Association (SRA) will spend $7 million over the next few years to establish Singapore as a halal hub. Halal Chinese food is expected to be one of the key areas of growth, so the SRA will be importing chefs from China to instruct the local industry on proper food preparation techniques.
